Britney Spears may have been secretly phoning ex-love interest Adnan Ghalib, but he may be a bit too busy to take any of her clandestine calls for the next little while. He has just surrendered to assault charges after he reportedly attempted to run over a court employee who was trying to serve restraining order papers.

Adnan has pleaded innocent to the charges and was released on a bail of $110,000. Officially, he is being charged with assault with a deadly weapon (his vehicle), hit-and-run, and battery. He could face up to seven years in jail if he’s found guilty by a jury.

The alleged assault occurred on February 11th when the restraining order by Jamie Spears was delivered to Adnan’s apartment.

You know, forget the Circus tour, this is enough of a circus all on its own!

Well, we never know who shops on eBay!

I guess it was a night when they had nothing else better to do, so Tony and Jackie  (Victoria Beckham’s parents) were shopping on the famous website, when they saw their son in law’s (David Beckham) soccer shoes for sale, as well as some of their daughter’s clothes.

Since they weren’t busy, they decided to go check if these articles were still at the couples’ place.

Surprise! Surprise!  The article were missing.  In fact, it was the housekeepers Eric and June Emmett, an old couple who had been working for the Beckhams for over 10 years, who stole the articles, trying to make a quick buck on eBay.

Well, they lost their jobs, and the police is still investigating.  What a nice retirement plan.

Sweet buttered Moses! Nikki Blonsky, best known for her role in the movie version of “Hairspray” has been arrest for assault along with her dad!

Here’s what happened: they were both incarcerated Wednesday after getting into a fight with a woman at Providenciales International Airport in Turks and Caicos.

Nikki was charged with actual bodily harm; her father was charged with grievous bodily harm - which means they basically beat the shizznat out of some lady!
In fact, the woman was so badly hurt that she had to be flown off the island to a hospital that doesn’t use leeches and chicken blood. I mean, a more sophisticated hospital. Yeah, that’s the ticket.

Anyway, do you think they’ll do jail time? Of course not! Celebrity peoples don’t get in trouble, they just go to rehabilitation center!

Bianca Golden - ANTM cycle 9

America’s Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden as well as Hairspray’s Nikki Blonsky and her father, Carl Blonsky were all incarcerated after a public fight at Providenciales International Airport in Turks & Caicos.

Bianca’s mother, Eleine, had to be airlifted to ICU at a Florida hospital, suffering from serious head injuries. Both Bianca and Nikki were later released on a $6000 bail each, as Mr. Carl Blonsky remained in custody until his next appearance in court scheduled August 8, 2008.

The fight bursted out after Eleine Golden asked the Blonskys to remove their luggage from the seats they had saved, to which the Blonskys refused.

You know you’re from Long Island when…

You’re incarcerated in a Caribbean airport for getting in a fight over a seat! Nikki Blonsky, star of the latest movie version of Hairspray, and her father were incarcerated on assault charges on Friday after getting into a physical fight with America’s Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden and her family in the departure lounge of the Providenciales International Airport in Turks and Caicos Islands. Blonsky & Golden were both released on bail while Carl Blonsky remains in jail. Golden’s mother, Elaine, was hospitalized with “serious” injuries.

So why did we get a D-Lister smackdown? Over seats. Yeah, that’s right. Golden was pissed that Blonsky was holding seats for her family because her apparent entitlement complex refuses to let her believe in the right for someone else to get to a seat before her and actually save it for a family member.

Anyways, Nikki & Bianca were charged with assault with actual bodily harm, which carries a maximum sentence of two years, and common assault, also known as threat of assault, with a 90-day maximum term, while Carl was charged with grevious bodily harm, meaning the victim was injured so severely they needed immediate medical care. The charge carries a five-year maximum sentence.

That’s all we got so far, but I really can’t help but point out that guess Nikki Blonsky couldn’t stop the beat after all!

Everyone’s favorite beehived chanteuse, Amy Winehouse (seen here rubbing her tuchis on a deli case earlier in the week) is reportedly under 24-hour surveillance in her own home to make sure that she’s not doing anything, um, unhealthy, by order of her record label.

Wait, they can do that?? Why didn’t they try this months ago?

In addition to not being able to leave her London abode, according to “a source” a burly security man is stationed outside of Amy’s house ’round the clock to keep out any unapproved visitors (i.e. drug-dealers.)

But for all of their effort, Amy still managed to make a run for it after only a few days, bolting out through her front door into a car full of gal-pals, and speeding off for a 20-minute joy ride before Winehouse leapt from the moving vehicle (I’m really not making this up!) and then ran into a pub where she was soon apprehended by her father, Mitch, and taken back home!

Oh boy. This can’t possibly end well…

Well the legal troubles just don’t seem to end for Jennifer Lopez. First there was the writer that tried to sue Jen over the South Beach series, then there’s the flight attendant who is suing because Jen’s dog bit her pant leg, and now Jen must appear in court to tell what she knows about that infamous 1999 nightclub shooting involving ex-love P. Diddy.

Jen was subpoenaed to tell ‘all she knows’ about the December 1999 incident that left two people injured including a woman shot in the face named Natalia Reuben.

Diddy was arrested at the time along with Jamal Barrow for weapons violation. Diddy was found not guilty but Barrow is serving a ten-year sentence. Both Diddy and Barrow are “fighting a $130 million civil suit filed by victim Natania Reuben.”

No you’re not seeing double. DMX has been incarcerated again. This time, it was due to him attempting to purchase cocaine and marijuana in a sting operation in Miami.

Sources say that his bail was set at $6,000.

Long Island Mother of the Year Dina Lohan says she shouldn’t be blamed for daughter Lindsay Lohan being a complete trainwreck.  Whines Dina:

“She’s 21 years old.  We all make mistakes.  It’s not a blame game.  It’s not her mom’s fault or her friends’ fault.  It’s the general personal choices you make.  And you have to be careful about the choices you make when you’re in the public eye.”

That’s right, Linds!  Mommy always does cocaine and sleeps with random men when the paparazzi aren’t around to take pictures!  But seriously, Dina?!  You don’t think that you should have been around to guide/prevent your own daughter, who you always brag about being super close with, from getting into screaming fights at clubs, doing drugs and almost overdosing, getting arrested twice for DUI, going to rehab (oh, that’s right, she did insist Lindsay didn’t belong there), and going to jail?!  Haven’t you been photographed partying with her?  Makes one appreciate the value of a good, old-fashion curfew.
