Here’s another video from Avril Lavigne’s Best Damn Tour stop in Malaysia. It almost didn’t happen, but she did a great job! Here’s Hot:
Avril Lavigne’s big concert in Malaysia is tomorrow night (Aug 29) and despite getting approval from the government after Islamic protests tried to have her banned, the show will still go on! However, the Pan Malaysian Islamic Party PAS has said that they will continue to protest, this time outside the venue before it starts.
“A concert of this nature is not conducive to teach the younger generation to become good citizens, upright and competitive, but instead would weaken them morally and mentally,” Nasrudin Hassan of the pan Malaysian Islamic Party PAS said in a statement. “If the concert organisers do not heed this warning to cancel the concert, PAS youth will order all Muslim youth to turn up and protest the concert in order to prevent it from taking place.”
The Malaysian government has allowed the concert to take place on the condition that it was “not a bad influence, especially on the young.”
Now all you Malaysian Avril fans MUST leave a comment and tell us what’s going on over there!!

Avril Lavigne and Deryck Whibley seem to be making up for a lot of lost time lately. Since each of the couple’s bands have been touring all year, they probably haven’t gotten a ton of time to see each other. How to fix that? Two date nights in a row! Here are some pictures that were taken of Avril and Deryck leaving Koi restaurant in Los Angeles, where they also had dinner the night before - too bad Avril’s not wearing awesome earrings again! They even stopped to sign autographs this time:

GREAT news for all of you Malaysian Avril fans!! Despite reports that Avril Lavigne’s Best Damn Tour stop in Malaysia on August 29 has been canceled, the government has actually now approved of the concert! Check out this video clip of Avril talking about the concert:
Have fun all you lucky people who are going to see her there. Sounds like she’s going to give you a special treat!
Avril Lavigne’s music is played during the new comedy, “The House Bunny,” starring Anna Farris. The movie opened this weekend in the U.S. It’s Rated R, so make sure you have someone over age 17 accompanying you if you’re planning on seeing it! When the soundtrack is released, we’ll let you know!
Check out this crazy interview that Avril Lavigne gave with Japanese TV show ONTAMA. She looks so confused when they ask her each question, haha:

Good news for last minute back-to-school shopping! Avril Lavigne’s clothing line at Kohl’s, called Abbey Dawn, is on sale! Check out the new prices on the website by clicking here.
I’ve read about four reviews this morning that all say the same thing, that Hayden Panettiere’s new song Wake Up Call is a complete and total bust. Some of the reviews have said she can’t sing for the life of her. Some have said it’s hilarious to even watch this video because of how bad it is, and some have just plain said that Hayden…sucks.
Watch Hayden’s new video for her single Wake Up Call below, and let me know what your opinion is. I think it’s a cute song, and I really enjoyed the video, but come on. We all know that acting is Hayden’s forte!
Below the video of Hayden’s new song are some links to published reviews on it that are way less than…favorable. I think the reviewers were a bit harsh…after all, this song is just like anything Ashlee Simpson or Avril Lavigne would sing, and we’ve supported them…
