Well, we never know who shops on eBay!

I guess it was a night when they had nothing else better to do, so Tony and Jackie  (Victoria Beckham’s parents) were shopping on the famous website, when they saw their son in law’s (David Beckham) soccer shoes for sale, as well as some of their daughter’s clothes.

Since they weren’t busy, they decided to go check if these articles were still at the couples’ place.

Surprise! Surprise!  The article were missing.  In fact, it was the housekeepers Eric and June Emmett, an old couple who had been working for the Beckhams for over 10 years, who stole the articles, trying to make a quick buck on eBay.

Well, they lost their jobs, and the police is still investigating.  What a nice retirement plan.

You may want to think twice before Googling Jessica Alba’s name again. According to a recent research conducted by Internet security company McAfee, Alba is ranked among “The 15 most dangerous celebrities to search for on the Web”.

Jessica ranked #6 with “Red-ranked risky sites were identified when searching for “Jessica Alba” and “Jessica Alba downloads.” The sites contained hundreds of malicious downloads, links to other bad sites, misleading offers to gather information, and a high number of spam emails when an email address was provided.”

David Beckham updated his blog today. He wrote about the draw the Galaxy had against the New England Revolution–what a well-fought game that was!–, training with the England squad for the World Cup, and more.

David also congratulats John Terry for being awarded the English captainship. As always, David is appreciative of the contributions others bring to his sport, and humbled by their excellence as he works beside them. David always impresses me with his class and grace when talking about teammates and competitors. You can tell he really loves soccer and everything about it.

It is just one of the news about Prince William that’s come out recently.

During his stint with the HMS Iron Duke, Prince William was surrounded by tattoo-sporting Navy men. He apparently got interested in having one done, a huge one in fact, one like the angel design on David Beckham’s back. According to the reported source (a sailor on the ship), the prince has only been kept back from getting decorated thusly by his girlfriend Kate Middleton’s possible reaction to it. I wonder what his grandmother, The Queen, or his father, Prince Charles, would have thought of it.

Prince William and Kate recently enjoyed a break at their favorite holiday destination, Mustique (photos at the Mail Online). The couple stayed at the Villa Rocina, went wakeboarding and took rides together on inflatables over the water. They also attended a dinner dance party for the 40th anniversary of the Mustique Company, which manages the island. Also in attendance at the party were Mick Jagger, Tommy Hilfiger and John and Belle Robinson, Kate’s former employers at Jigsaw. Their holiday continues to fuel speculation that Prince William is to pop the question soon, if he hasn’t already!

And if and when they get married, among those who are lining up for an appearance from the couple is TV’s Homer Simpson. Producers of The Simpsons are said to be eager to sign up both Prince William and Kate to be guests on the show. They say that it will help Prince William “connect on so many levels”. While such a project may be fun for Prince William, I’d be surprised if The Queen agrees to it. I’m afraid that it might detract from the grandeur of a royal wedding.

David Beckham played often and he played well in last night’s MLS All-Star game against West Ham. The All-Stars defeated West Ham 3-2 in what was the first Al-Star game to be played in Canada, and David’s premiere on Canadian soil. While David remained scoreless throughout the game, he had several opportunities that didn’t come through and was key in several other plays.

Below are some pictures of David out on the field. His presence delighted the 20,000 fans who have been waiting for David to finally play BMO Field.

The MLS All-Star game, which was played in Toronto, was last night. The game was great fun for all involved as the MLS All-Star team took on the Premiership team West Ham. There were over 20,000 people in attendance as the All-Stars defeated West Ham 3-2, in a fast-paced, exciting game. The National Post has a great live recap of the entire game, I’d suggest you check it out!

David Beckham was on Fox & Friends for a 2 part segment. He talked about his friendship with Tom Cruise and what it’s meant to him.

“I’ve known Tom for about 4 or 5 years and he’s been a great friend to me. He’s looked after me. He’s told me where to go and what to do. He’s been very supportive, not just for me, but to the family as well. It’s always good to find good people and good friends.”

I have always heard Tom’s friends say what a great friend he is and how supportive he is of everyone. It seems that he is also very supportive of Katie Holmes and her career projects.

I am thirty……. So, what difference does it make? I mean I feel the same way as I felt in my twenties whenever I see a hot guy. The wisdom I gained over the years still doesn’t make me come out of the closet. My mom still hunt for a suitable bride for me as I go out on secret dates (until recently) or chat illicitly over the phone with guys I met at Orkut. Of course, David Beckham still looks sexy enough to arouse me. So, what really has change? Well, everything it seems!

I quit smoking. I was thinking a million hospitalization scenarios, you know– chest pain, heart attack, lung cancer for every puff of smoke I dragged in. May be a fall out of my obsession with health magazine these days. You start reading health magazine more often in your thirties. I mean really reading it…… not buying the health magazine just for all the gorgeous half naked guys inside. That was in my twenties. That was when you smoke just for the high and worry about nothing. It simply isn’t worth it anymore. Likewise with drinking. A glass of wine in my hand and sniffing it is now my drinking….. I shiver in fear remembering the night not so long ago when me and friends can finish off bottles after bottles. Everything is not the same, something has changed…… I am in my thirties. Worst, I start giving advice to people to follow my footstep.

Then there is the case of my eyes. There was this nagging sharp pain in my eyes recently, and they get easily tired. So, I paid a visit to the ophthalmologist and guess what….. He told me I have been misusing my eyes, in fact manhandling in some instance, for a long time now. He told me that all those impossible angles I put them through when I wanted to watch TV and also wanted to lay down is coming to haunt me. Not to mention all those endless staring at the computer screen surfing porn, ignoring even to blink. Well it all came back to remind me I am not in my twenties. I hate wearing glasses but what can I do, I can’t even write this without them. Karma!

Well, I am beginning to think. No. I am certain that my thirties is my payback time for all the wrongs that I have done….. to my body….. to other’s bodies. But I have done good things too along the way… like masturbating to give my body enjoyment….. and many other good things (you know what) to make others happy. The question is, when will I get paid back for that?

Star Magazine is reporting that because David Beckham takes Go3 pills, which are made of fish oil, his breath is really bad. So bad, in fact, that Victoria resorts to making fun of him daily.

“Becks is the spokesperson for Go3 — he even appears on the box — so he has to take it despite the consequences,” says the magazine’s source.

However, David isn’t taking it just because he has too–the source says that David only signs on to endorse products he truly believes in and would use otherwise.

“He really believes in the product,” the source adds. “He says it gives him more energy.”

I guess Victoria will just have to deal. Or buy David really strong mints.
