While David Beckham was in DC to play for the LA Galaxy, Victoria and the boys used the opportunity to meet up with pal Kate Beckinsale and her daughter Lily for some ice skating fun. They spent the afternoon at the Toyota Sports Center in El Segundo.

It’s the second time that Victoria does not look happy to see the cameras. Usually she’s pretty complacent about it and recognizes that paparazzi are just part of her life, but lately the sight of them is making her downright grumpy. I hope everything’s okay.

Have you heard the latest news that Tom Cruise has convinced friends Will Smith and David Beckham to join him in his latest hobby - fencing!?

The Daily Mirror was interviewing Smith and the subject of Tom Cruise and fencing came up. He told them that Tom has a room in his house that was built for practicing fencing. The three friends hang out there and practice their swordsmanship.

Smith said, “Tom has a room for training. We don’t get enough time for hanging out, just us three guys, so this is his way of getting together and bonding. David and I go to his home and just do fencing. It’s a lot of fun.”

Why fencing?

“We wanted an activity that was strenuous, but we’re getting older - we have to think about slowing down. We’ve got to watch our joints. Especially my knee… Ow,” said Smith.

After that comment, I now have a picture in my head of three old men - Cruise, Smith and Beckham - battling it out with swords. Let’s hope they don’t hurt themselves!

Zac will be presenting at this year’s ESPY awards! With Justin Timberlake hosting it’s sure to be a hottie filled night!

Zac will be presenting with Kristen Bell, David Beckham, Luke Wilson and Lance Armstrong.

The event celebrates the year’s best moments in sports. It will air on ESPN on July 20th.

Here is a video of the unveiling of David Beckham’s newest Armani campaign. The campaign was launched at Macy’s in San Francisco on June 18, complete with a fan meet and greet with David.

It would have been so much fun to have been there and see the curtain come down. Thousands of people came out to see the ad, it was unlike anything Macy’s workers had seen before.

“San Francisco hasn’t seen anything like this for years,” a worker at Macy’s told The Sun. “There were thousands of girls there to see David and his new Armani ad. And they were all going crazy. They were screaming and pushing each other to try and get a closer look.”

David was not only overwhelmed by all the attention, he found the Beatlemania-like crowd humorous.

“Seriously, it was like Beatlemania scenes. David thought it was funny,” the worker added.

This video is hilarious–the screaming in it nearly made me deaf!

Here is the newest commercial for Sharpie starring David Beckham. In this one, he realizes how awesome Sharpies are and even goes as far as to fight with a little girl over one. It’s pretty cute.

This video is a cute behind the scene look at the Sharpie commercial. David tries to balance a Sharpie on the back of his neck and he chats with the girl from the commerical above.

The commercial is supposed to hit American airwaves mid-July.

David Beckham updated his blog yesterday, but kept it very professional. He spoke about the Los Angeles Galaxy’s recent win over the San Jose Earthquakes and their upcoming game against the Columbus Crew. There was no mention of the recent launch of his new ad campaign for Armani (and boy, is it yummy!).

Here is a fan video of the signing David Beckham did at the Armani launch at Macy’s in San Francisco yesterday. He was great with his fan, patient and kind, and laughing with them. I guess you need to be when fans spend $200 just to see you! (Okay, that wasn’t the nicest–David’s never been nothing but a doll to his fans.)

1) Tom Cruise

No matter what kind of antics this man has been up to the last couple years, you can’t deny that he’s a pretty good dad. Plus, he’s a hottie.

Here is the final episode of David and Victoria Beckham on Headcases. This episode is about how Victoria can’t go to the Euros because David now played for the Los Angeles Galaxy. It even results in a song about Victoria’s plight.

I wonder if David and Victoria have seen these videos. They definitely capitalize on all the rumors and misperceptions about the couple, but they seem to have a pretty good sense of humor about themselves.

The Los Angeles Galaxy put on a very strong performance on June 14 as they defeated the San Jose Earthquakes 3-0 on their home turf. Although David Beckham didn’t score, he played a pivotal role in the win. He assisted the first goal of the game, one that occurred six minutes in. Forward Edson buddle really stepped up his game, scoring all three goals in an amazing hat-trick performance.

It was an important win for the Galaxy and it keeps them atop the Western conference standings.
