Didja like my fake British accent there? I was channeling my inner Madonna in honor of this story.

But that is the big question this week: Are Madonna and Mr. Madonna, Guy Ritchie, divorcing or what?

The rumors have been going around for months - if not years - that this couple have hopped the train to splitsville, but things seemed to get serious this week when news surfaced that Madge has hired Paul McCartney’s big time divorce attorney, Fiona something or other (you know, the lady Heather Mills poured the pitcher of water on.) But just weeks ago we were all told that the pair were “just fine.” What to believe??

My money’s on d-i-v-o-r-c-e.  And here are The Top 10 Reasons Mr. & Mrs. Her Madgesty are so Ovah:

10. Guy is still pissed about the humiliating strap-on incident.

9. He thought “4 Mintues” really sucked.

It’s rare that the ex-wife is happy schmappy with the new wife. And so is the case with Marc Anthony and his ex, Dayanara Torres. Dayanara wrote a book, called Married to Me: How Committing to Myself Led to Triumph after Divorce, and even though she didn’t mention Jennifer or Marc by name it’s obvious she’s writing about them. And WHY would she do that?

One source thinks it’s because she wants to capitalize on Jen and Marc’s fame, and because (and there’s no surprise here) she isn’t quite over the divorce. Everytime Jennifer or Marc receive attention for something (J-Lo getting pregnant, the birth of the twins, their recent tour) Dayanara pops up out of nowhere and begins to talk.

When Jen found out she was pregnant, she announced it to her family only and asked them to please keep it a secret from the press. Jen had tried for years to get pregnant and she wanted to be safely into her pregnancy before the paparazzi followed her around snapping pictures. But Dayanara immediately blabbed this news, disrespecting their privacy.

Then, when the twins, Max and Emme, were born Dayanara began writing a book about her divorce from Marc Anthony.

It isn’t that Dayanara hasn’t had her share of relationships since she and Marc broke up. It’s that she can’t seem to get over the fact that they weren’t meant to be together. She whined about their original wedding ceremony. They separated. They got back together and had another ceremony to please Dayanara, but that wasn’t enough either and they separated yet again. After that Marc started dating Jennifer and Dayanara hasn’t gotten over it yet.

It’s not that Jen and Marc don’t think she shouldn’t move on and be happy, but why ride the coattails of their hard work and fame? One source close to the family says:

“The belief in the Lopez family is that Marc’s ex only did this to capitalise on Lopez’s marriage to Anthony and also because Torres is jealous of Anthony’s happiness. Torres can’t be happy that Anthony is raising the babies (five month olds Max and Emme) in the Opulent Long Island mansion she once shared with him and their two children.”

It’s hard to get over an ex, to be sure, especially when things were rocky in your relationship from the start. But Dayanara should realize she will only find happiness when she moves on from her anger over Marc’s relationship with Jennifer.

Yup, clubs do have the strictest parenting opinions...

Kevin Federling has been named Father of the Year by Las Vegas club Prive.

"I'm surprised," Federline said when asked how it felt to win the title.

Britney's ex, 30, hit up the club with eight male pals — including divorce attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan — just before 1 a.m. Saturday morning.

Federline — also named a Power Player last year — had a quiet night at the club, chilling with friends and pumping his fist into the air when Timbaland's "The Way I Are" was played by the DJ.

Prive presented Federline his Father of the Year trophy "someplace quiet" at the dad-of-four's request, so clubgoers didn't see the ceremony, according to a source.

He was gone by 3:15 a.m.

Jessica Simpson has had her share of ups and downs lately when it comes to love. She got divorced from her first love Nick, got her heart broken from John, and still doesn’t know what’s going on with her man Tony.

But every person we date teaches us something. The more we learn, the better able we are to find the right person.

Here are a few lessons Jessica Simpson has learned (at least we hope she has.)

1.) Don’t change who you are to get a guy to like you more.
All we need to do is see Jessica with dark hair to understand how badly she wanted to change for John Mayer. He wanted a less dramatic babe who he could have a great conversation with, and yet would not take ten hours getting ready to go out. Trouble is, that’s not Jess. When John asked, “I wonder what you’d look like as a brunette” Jessica should have said, “Like your ex-girlfriend.”

2.) Getting back with someone out of lonliness will never lead to a happy ending.
When Nick and Jess first dated she was very young and felt like she needed to see the world and date more people before she could commit fully to Nick. The problem is, she got lonely, called up Nick and said she wanted to get back together because - gosh - being single was no fun. If she’d have stuck it out, she might have learned a thing or two about herself and saw the differences between her and Nick. Instead, her lonliness lead to a marriage that probably should have never happened.

3.) Remaining humble will help you appreciate the things that are real in your life.

When Jess was in Dukes of Hazzard she thought she was going to be a big time star. She starred in more commercials, she had a sleezy hit video, and she was in a movie with a couple of hunky guys. One of those guys, it was rumored, she dallied with while doing the movie. Everything in her life was netting more money and more attention. Perhaps that’s why she suddenly wanted out of her marriage to Nick. She forgot that Nick was genuine, and fame is fleeting.

4.) Leave and cleave.
That means the next time you get married no reality TV cameras, not butt-insky dad, and no putting hubby behind career.

5.) Don’t stalk your man and just “hang around.”
No guy likes a girlfriend who is always there. Have a life. Balance the time you spend with your man versus what you do elsewhere. Sing. Act. Do something besides push hair products and go out for dinner. No matter how beautiful you are, you’ll hold a man’s interest if you aren’t an interesting person.

About a year and a half ago Jessica Simpson was on the Rachel Ray show, where a fan told of her struggle with health and hospitals. She said Jessica was her favorite celebrity and really inspired her, so the show surprised her by bringing Jess out. It was a great moment. Jessica was very humble at first, but kind of stumbled when she said, “What I go through is nothing compared to what other people go through.”

You got that right. A divorce is nothing like health issues or problems with poverity. Jess admits she was spoiled her whole life. So I think this moment would have been perfect had she not said that. Still, I think this made the fan’s day (year, life!) and she was very happy to meet Jess and get a photo. I’m happy for the fan and for Jess.

Jessica Simpson has had happier times. Lately her sister is getting all the attention while Jess can’t seem to keep her love life or career together.

Like every pair of sisters, the Simpsons have a bit of sibling rivalry. But unlike most sisters, Jessica was always the one that got most of the attention from her parents. Now, suddenly Ashlee is front and center, making headlines with her music and personal life, while Jess has to struggle to get her on and off boyfriend to even take her to Ashlee’s wedding.

2.) Jessica has been labeled a jinx and a bad influence for Tony Romo.

It’s bad enough when your boyfriend’s friends don’t like you, but when thousands of fans have it out for you? When your mere presence at the game makes fans groan with disgust? That’s not fun.

3.) Ashlee Simpson has beat out Jess in a hotness poll.

For years Ashlee was the cute little sister, while Jessica was the babe. No matter what was happening in Jessica’s life, she could always rely on the fact that at least she got more attention for her looks. And she worked it. This year, however, Ashlee ranked much higher in Maxim’s Hot 100 list than Jessica. When you’ve depended on your looks your whole life, as Jessica has, that’s got to hurt.

4.) Jessica’s ex has moved on.

Getting over someone you cared about is hard enough, but when your ex has moved on? That’s especially hard. It’s no wonder Jessica was rumored to be drowning her sorrows with booze after hearing John Mayer had found love again with Jen Aniston.

Her romance with Tony Romo has been on again/off again for months. They break up for a short time and then immediately get back together. But even if they reconcile after this latest argument, it’s bound to only be for a short time. Tony is obviously not the one for Jess. But who is? Jessica has been struggling with love since she divorced Nick Lachey. She’s probably wondering the same thing we all are. When will cupid find her again?

We reported a few months back that Dayanara Torres, the former Mrs. Marc Anthony (and blabbermouth when it came to J-Lo’s pregnancy) was writing a book about her divorce from Marc. If you’ll recall, Dayanara and Marc had problems from the beginning in their marriage, and went through two ceremonies and separations before finally calling it quits.

The name of the book is called Married to Me: How Committing To Myself Led To Triumph After Divorce (I kid you not, that’s the honest to goodness name) and the drama of the title should give you an idea of what’s in the tell-all.

Now Radar online shares with us the tribulations Dayanara went through with their marriage.

Among the “revelations”:

ON EARLY SIGNS OF TROUBLE ON HER WEDDING DAY
“I was in Vegas wearing a decidedly untraditional wedding dress, and worst of all, my hair was curly. My hair wasn’t supposed to be curly! … I almost stopped the whole freaking wedding because my hair was not flat-ironed… Two years later in Puerto Rico, we renewed our vows… I made sure my hair was just how I wanted. A year after that, we got separated and later divorced. So maybe the perfect hair isn’t the key to marital bliss?”

Stop the presses! Did she just say her hair was curly! No wonder things with Marc didn’t work out! For shame! I’m surprised she went through with the ceremony. Sheesh….

Dayanara also says she spent days in bed crying and watching Sex in the City reruns on DVD. While she says she doesn’t want to bad mouth Marc Anthony (or presumably, Jennifer Lopez) she does admit that she doesn’t mind hearing some bad things about him either.

Radar says the book is a “mostly generalized self-help guide, complete with all the requisite rebuilding steps applicable to starting life over after the world moves on to a new Miss Universe and your husband moves on to the planet’s most famous Puerto Rican.”

Among the tidbits of wisdom for women:

“Stride briskly out into the sun, head up, legs shaven, and wearing something other other than pajama pants.”

Awesome advice, Dayanara.

J-Lo Claim to Fame: First Marriage (Feb. 22, 1997 - Jan. 1998)

Jennifer met Ojani when he was a waiter in a Miami restaurant. He proposed to her during the wrap party after the filming of Selena in front of a whole bunch of people. What else could she do but accept? The marriage didn’t even last a year, and it appears that Jen tried to remain friends with him and even made him the manager of her restaurant, Madre’s. He didn’t last quite six months at that job and was fired. Then he tried to write a tell-all book about Jen, including details of their sex life and marriage. (Quite the prince, no?) J-Lo took him to court and won, and the tell-all went bye-bye.

J-Lo Claim to Fame: Rapper, Lover and Professional Influence

Sean Combs noticed J-Lo around Hollywood and thought she’d made a great queen in his latest music video. She did. Here’s the long version of the video, but if you click to the end you can see J-Lo and P. Diddy dancing. Very hot.

They soon hit it off and dated for over two years. They had tons in common, including ambition, goals and talent. They were really a great pair, except that Diddy has said he doesn’t want to get married and we all know by now that Jen always wanted a husband and family.

Besides that, things got ugly when Jen and Diddy were in a nightclub in December 1999. There was a gunfight that broke out Diddy’s group and another in the club. Jennifer was charged with gun posession after the fight, and even though the charges were dropped it put a huge strain on the relationship. Jen has also aluded to the fact that Diddy cheated on her. They broke up in early 2000.

J-Lo Claim to Fame: Backup Dancer and Second Husband

Jen was hurting after her breakup with Diddy. And Cris Judd was a nice guy and talented dancer who she met on the set of “Love Don’t Cost a Thing.” This was a rebound relationship if ever there was one. They married in a quickie ceremony in September 2001, but was over less than a year later. Jen started dating Ben Affleck and filed for divorce which became official in January, 2003.

The big pink ring, the big name, the big hoopla. Everything about the relationship between Ben and Jen was big. Too big. He’s since said that he regretted doing the Jenny From the Block video but not doing Gigli. Like most things that start out fast it burned out fast, too. They were engaged, set a date, but then Ben started going to strip clubs and… no more Bennifer.

Britney Spears may get tired of the paparazzi following her everywhere she goes, but Kevin Federline’s attorney loves it.

Apparently K-Fed’s lawyer says that he is grateful for the constant and heavy media interest in Britney because it means that everything she does is caught on camera. That way he can keep tabs on what she’s up to and make sure she isn’t slipping back into being an unfit parent.

That must be a lot of stress. Divorced couples with children have enough to worry about but Britney has cameras on her all the time. The whole world is waiting for her to slip up again and it sounds like Kevin’s attorney isn’t above that either.
