Only three stops into the tour and Britney Spears' Circus crew has already experienced a few casualties. RadarOnline.com has learned that some of the dancers were recently kicked off for failing their drug tests.

The tour is largely seen as Spears' official comeback, and her team is putting a lockdown on any possible disruptions or distractions.

"I think [the fired dancers] just didn't expect to actually get tested," says the source. "And drugs are just not okay so they had to go."

With the rave reviews Spears has been getting since her kick-off performance in New Orleans on March 3, it seems like are few strict policies make the righ recipe for success.

Everyone’s favorite beehived chanteuse, Amy Winehouse (seen here rubbing her tuchis on a deli case earlier in the week) is reportedly under 24-hour surveillance in her own home to make sure that she’s not doing anything, um, unhealthy, by order of her record label.

Wait, they can do that?? Why didn’t they try this months ago?

In addition to not being able to leave her London abode, according to “a source” a burly security man is stationed outside of Amy’s house ’round the clock to keep out any unapproved visitors (i.e. drug-dealers.)

But for all of their effort, Amy still managed to make a run for it after only a few days, bolting out through her front door into a car full of gal-pals, and speeding off for a 20-minute joy ride before Winehouse leapt from the moving vehicle (I’m really not making this up!) and then ran into a pub where she was soon apprehended by her father, Mitch, and taken back home!

Oh boy. This can’t possibly end well…

An accolade winning journalist by the name of Ian Halperin spent 18 months undercover as a photographer to get close to Britney Spears. Now, the tells Life & Style that she tried twice to kill herself: "The suicide attempts are true. I know all the details about both of them."

In his forthcoming book, Halperin exposes her two suicide attempts and much more.

What's more, a Brit family insider says that Halperin's claims are true, saying that Britney threatened suicide many times during the time Halperin was with her --- from November 2006 until last month --- especially after the birth of her second son, Jayden James in September 2006.

Halperin also claims he saw Britney using drug use. "I partied with her and was able to really monitor what type of stuff she was using. It's very concerning."

And even more dangerous than the drugs, Halperin says, is "how sleazy and destructive" her handlers --- from her former, self-proclaimed manager Sam Lutfi to her mother and father --- are toward her

This week, Prince William began a two-month stint with the British Royal Navy. The course will round out his military training, in addition to his time with the Royal Air Force which ended two months ago.

During his months with the Royal Navy, Sub-Lieutenant Wales, as Prince William will be known, will train on shore at the Britannia Royal Naval College in Dartmouth. Prince William will also train with the Royal Marines and tour the Air Fleet Arm, where he will have a chance to fly the Fleet’s helicopters. He will then serve on the Frigate HMS Iron Duke, which is stationed in the West Indies.

Among the skills he will learn in these two months are navigation, seamanship, practical boat handling, sea safety, amphibious operations and cold weather and mountain warfare survival techniques. On the Iron Duke, he will gain experience in operations against drug running, and hurricane relief.

The commander of HMS Iron Duke, Commander Mark Newland, spoke about the Prince’s duties while on board: “His activities will be primarily based around watch-keeping (and) ship-driving, as well as contributing to the counter-drugs planning (and) a primary role in our disaster relief planning operations.”

“But also to educate him in the way of the Royal Navy….why we are in a theatre of operations like this and what we can do to help.”

She’s more than just a pretty actress, she’s a human rights force to be reckoned with!  And Ashley Judd was putting her money where her mouth is earlier today.

The “A Time To Kill” beauty was spotted at the United Nations in New York City for a press conference regarding the ending of human trafficking.  And she looked business-like-yet-cute in a pale green patterned dress with her hair pulled back.

Nothing says “I’m now completely washed up” then a former child star Oscar winner being caught with a whole mess of drugs. Tatum O’Neal, best known for her role in…..what? John McEnroe’s former flame? was caught with - get this - two bags of cocaine. Bad Tatum! Bad!

She was released and is going to be sent to rehabilitation center (no kidding, right?). She should have listened to Whitney’s public service announcement:

Crack is wack, baby.

Tatum O’Neal is changin’ her tune.  Yesterday, she claimed that she was caught buying crack cocaine because she was “researching a part” but today, she admits that she made a mistake, saying, “I’m still sober!  Just when I was about to change that and wreck my life, the cops came and saved me!  I was saved by the bell, by the guys in the Seventh Precinct.  There’s no excuse for what I did.”

And she kept going, blaming the death of her Scottish terrier three weeks ago for setting her off on her downward spiral.  Despite seeing a psychiatrist, the loss triggered feelings of losing her mother to addiction and reminded her that she was on a “break” from her bond with architect Ron Castellano (who picked her up after court yesterday).

Basically, here’s what went down:  “One day, I’m walking aimlessly. I found myself doing the wrong thing” and bought coke from a panhandling drug addict.  She claims to not even know that it was crack cocaine.  “It was a shock to me, and a huge wakeup call.  I’m eternally grateful, as sort of grim as the situation was, that I didn’t get to do what my disease was telling me to do. I’m still going to get my year on July 10!”

 More details on Tatum O’Neal’s arrest:

•  She was incarcerated a few blocks from her luxury, Lower East Side apartment by detectives from Manhattan South Narcotics on Clinton Street between East Broadway & Grand Street
• When the police approached her, she asked, “You know who I am, right?  I’m researching a part - I’m doing this for a part [as a junkie].”
• Police found a pipe on her, but both the pipe and screen were clean.
• O’Neal claimed that she’d been clean for two years & that she’d just came out that day, begging detectives, “Can’t we just forget about this?”
• Her dealer, Alan Garcia, was also incarcerated.
• A little testamony of character: a security guard in her apartment building said, “She’s cool - it’s the last thing I thought would happen.  I’m shocked.”

What do you guys think?  Research, one-time slip-up or very good at hiding her drug use?

At first, I thought this was some freaky duet music video, but, as I soon learned, it’s a second Amy Winehouse, Pete Doherty, newborn mice YouTube collaboration! Seriously - one was more than enough!

The best part though of course, is Amy’s sad plea (via mouse) to her currently-jailed hubby Blake not to divorce her… because who could divorce an emaciated mess talking through a mouse, who was recently photographed kissing her YouTube video co-star? Not me!
