That’s right ladies and gentlemen - Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi will tie the knot this weekend in California.

The happy couple are planning a small, intimate ceremony with only a few close friends and family.

The pair began dating in December 2004 and have waited for the California Supreme Court’s monumental ruling that same sex couple’s have the “right to marry.”

Following the Supreme Court’s decision, DeGeneres announced she planned to wed her longtime girlfriend on a taping of her show in May.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson had lunch yesterday at the Lincoln Road Cafe in South Beach, Miami, where the girls are on vacation. Lindsay took some time to sign an autograph for a young fan, but wasn’t pleased to have the paparazzi intruding on her meal.

They were also photographed taking a walk in Miami Beach, shopping at American Apparel along the way. Check out more photos after the jump…

Wow! Thanks to all her fans who played her “Girlfriend” video so much on YouTube, Avril Lavigne is set to get a fat $2 million check!!! And next up, they’ll be targeting Avril’s fans in the Far East. Says Terry McBride, CEO of Nettwerk Management, “We will start a Mandarin website (for Lavigne) with Mandarin ads and we will make a shitload of money, because 40 percent of her intellectual property value comes from Asia.”

Anyhoo, Kendra Wilkinson of Big Love Girls Next Door fame had her Cadilac Escalade stolen last week from the parking lot of an L.A. golf course.  It was found a few days later in South Central, stripped of its huge, thousands-of-dollars custom rims, and its custom sound system. Get it? Stripped?? ‘Casuse Kendra’s Hugh Hefner’s girlfriend and likes to show off her ta-ta’s?? Anybody..? No…??

*Hanging head in shame.*

Fortunately, K-Dub is rolling in all that reality-show/trophy girlfriend money, and opted to simply leave the gas-guzzling SUV at the police station and buy herself a new car. A Prius perhaps?

No word yet on whether this incident will make it onto an upcoming season on Girls Next Door, but this girl [*both thumbs pointing at self, assy girn on face*] can dream!

Jessica Simpson has taken oodles of heat these days for wearing that imfamous “Real Girls Eat Meat” shit. PETA’s been all over her hide, Pam Anderson called her a BLEEP!, and now one writer says, “Real Girls Don’t Get Sassy on T-Shirts.”

I was wondering when it would come to this.

Because while I like a little sass in the Simpson girls, now that Jessica has decided to go into country music, she needs all the country friends she can find. The writer of this one particular story bascially says Jess should be nice to Carrie Underwood because you should be nice to everyone.

Can’t argue with that.

Even though Carrie is clearly the type of chick to do her snippiness behind people’s back (emailing your ex-beau to the point of distraction while he’s dating another gal, for example)…. she hasn’t said or done anything in public. It’s got to be hard to swallow, to be sure, and I blame Tony Romo in all this the most. Why can’t he be a stand up guy, turn down the ex-girlfriend chats, and pay attention to the one he has now? Why can’t he either break up with Jess for good, or commit to her? Perhaps he likes the drama.

Either way, this just reinforces my belief that Jess should dump this dude while the dumping is good. And not piss off anymore country pals, either, thanks very much.

Lindsay Lohan and girlfriend Samantha Ronson appear to be getting along nicely these days and rumor has it they actually enjoyed a romantic weekend in Los Angeles.

The pair seem quite inseparable during the Lilo’s breaks from filming the upcoming comedy Labor Pains, hitting a burger restaurant for lunch on Saturday before heading out for a shopping trip to Kidrobot on Melrose Avenue on Sunday.

Now for all you armchair therapists out there - do you think the actions that have often appeared to be sex addictions with men were perhaps a means of Lindsay trying to run away from the fact that she IS gay?

Ellen DeGeneres gave Portia de Rossi a magnificent ring with pink diamonds for their upcoming wedding that will air in part on DeGeneres’s talk show.

DeGeneres and de Rossi confirmed a date had been set as the famous lesbian couple walked the red carpet at Friday night’s 35th Annual Daytime Emmy Awards at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood.

The two are reportedly in the midst of planning a “dream wedding” and finding that wedding planning isn’t all it’s cracked up to be and that it is actually quite stressful.
