Britney Spears may have been secretly phoning ex-love interest Adnan Ghalib, but he may be a bit too busy to take any of her clandestine calls for the next little while. He has just surrendered to assault charges after he reportedly attempted to run over a court employee who was trying to serve restraining order papers.

Adnan has pleaded innocent to the charges and was released on a bail of $110,000. Officially, he is being charged with assault with a deadly weapon (his vehicle), hit-and-run, and battery. He could face up to seven years in jail if he’s found guilty by a jury.

The alleged assault occurred on February 11th when the restraining order by Jamie Spears was delivered to Adnan’s apartment.

You know, forget the Circus tour, this is enough of a circus all on its own!

Sweet buttered Moses! Nikki Blonsky, best known for her role in the movie version of “Hairspray” has been arrest for assault along with her dad!

Here’s what happened: they were both incarcerated Wednesday after getting into a fight with a woman at Providenciales International Airport in Turks and Caicos.

Nikki was charged with actual bodily harm; her father was charged with grievous bodily harm - which means they basically beat the shizznat out of some lady!
In fact, the woman was so badly hurt that she had to be flown off the island to a hospital that doesn’t use leeches and chicken blood. I mean, a more sophisticated hospital. Yeah, that’s the ticket.

Anyway, do you think they’ll do jail time? Of course not! Celebrity peoples don’t get in trouble, they just go to rehabilitation center!

According to Hulk Hogan, Nick is a better man for the time that he’s spending in jail.

We all thought that Nick would have it harder when he was moved to the adult jail, but just the opposite is happening. Pee wee jail was locked up tight where Nick had to spend time segregated from the rest of the jail’s population. Now, he’s spending time with guys who haven’t paid parking tickets or their child support.

He says it’s the best birthday he’s had in a long time.

Hulk says, “He was moving through life and maybe not real appreciative of things,” Hogan says. “When this happened, it totally spun him in a 180. … It’s the best thing that ever happened to him. I’m not saying it’s a good thing. But it happened for a reason.”

Yes, retard, it happened for a reason! His best friend is a vegetable because he drove intoxicated. Duh!

You know you’re from Long Island when…

You’re incarcerated in a Caribbean airport for getting in a fight over a seat! Nikki Blonsky, star of the latest movie version of Hairspray, and her father were incarcerated on assault charges on Friday after getting into a physical fight with America’s Next Top Model contestant Bianca Golden and her family in the departure lounge of the Providenciales International Airport in Turks and Caicos Islands. Blonsky & Golden were both released on bail while Carl Blonsky remains in jail. Golden’s mother, Elaine, was hospitalized with “serious” injuries.

So why did we get a D-Lister smackdown? Over seats. Yeah, that’s right. Golden was pissed that Blonsky was holding seats for her family because her apparent entitlement complex refuses to let her believe in the right for someone else to get to a seat before her and actually save it for a family member.

Anyways, Nikki & Bianca were charged with assault with actual bodily harm, which carries a maximum sentence of two years, and common assault, also known as threat of assault, with a 90-day maximum term, while Carl was charged with grevious bodily harm, meaning the victim was injured so severely they needed immediate medical care. The charge carries a five-year maximum sentence.

That’s all we got so far, but I really can’t help but point out that guess Nikki Blonsky couldn’t stop the beat after all!

Agyness Deyn in Soho drinking Starbugs iced coffee thing. There ya go..breaking news. Iced coffee is wrong. You know it's wrong and I know it's wrong. I don't care how many Olsens of Spear's or Lohans or models drink it..it's wrong. You do not put ice in coffee. You put in creamer, milk, sugar, or you drink it black, but, it must be hot. Thems the rules. Tea, however can be hot or cold. With sugar or lemon or nothing. Or you can put the sugar cube in your mouth and sip hot tea through it like the Brits do. Or the Brits might be totally pulling my leg on that one..we all know they joke a lot..but, I fell for it after y'all English people told me to do that and I liked it. Also anyone who's fool enough to put cinnamon, nutmeg, almonds, chocolate or any other weird crap into coffee should be flogged and jailed. It aint right. Thems the rules!

So anyhow..Agyness Deyn has been famous for what..5 minutes now? And already she's had photos out of her intoxicated, falling down, kissing boys, kissing girls..and now this. NOW she's just another dumb celeb-tard doing what they all do. She needs to go tattoo Chanel on her forehead, give Ronson back her hat and then retire. The dog doesn't look to happy about it either. I hate everybody today, but, people who ruin perfectly good coffee need to go away.

Yes that’s Naomi Campbell hiding under all of that hair. Here she is on her way into the Magistrate’s court earlier today.

The supermodel pleaded guilty to charges of assaulting two police officers at London’s Heathrow Airport on April 3rd.

She’s expected to be sentenced sometime later on this afternoon. Sources say that she can get a sentence of six months in jail as well as a $10,000 fine for each charge, if convicted.

Update: She has been sentenced to 200 hours of community service and a $4,500 fine. She’s escaped jail this time, but when her temper flares up next time, she might not be so lucky.

Nick Hogan was claiming that being in solitary confinement in jail “wasn’t fair” and he asked to be released under house arrest until he turns 18. Denied!

The judge denied his request today and it’s a good thing, too. The boy hasn’t been in jail long and hasn’t yet grasped the concept that he actually has to think about what he did to someone he called a friend.

Instead, he’s been busy whining like a little girl and planning a reality show.

I smell a boycott!!

Mischa Barton is now in London, and looking sleek as you can see in the below photos. Mischa also gave a sleek interview recently in Australia to The Daily Telegraph, and I wanted to share some of it.

Mischa says that her new handbag line is like a segue into doing her own fashion line, which she’s always being asked to do. She didn’t want to aim too high.

“I like a vintagey look, but I also did a wide range of things because not everybody has my taste, obviously.”

Mischa talks about her new place in Paris, which she finds laid-back and creative, a place to relax, to wake up and "buy a loaf of bread and a coffee." It is also different, with the paparazzi. In LA, the paparazzi sit outside your house, and approach it in an "uncool" way. Stars are not photographed as style icons, but instead the paparazzi are looking for dirt. It’s trashy. Mischa says the paparazzi in France don’t get in your face.

Mischa does talk again about her DUI, but with a lot more perspective. She knows it wasn’t her finest moment, and that she was irresponsible, but it was a hard time, particularly being compared to other actresses getting DUIs. She shudders at her thought of the time she was in jail, and says she learnt her lesson and has no plans to drive. Mischa says the whole issue, after being resolved in court, "is done and dusted" and now she has grown from it and can move on.

At first, I thought this was some freaky duet music video, but, as I soon learned, it’s a second Amy Winehouse, Pete Doherty, newborn mice YouTube collaboration! Seriously - one was more than enough!

The best part though of course, is Amy’s sad plea (via mouse) to her currently-jailed hubby Blake not to divorce her… because who could divorce an emaciated mess talking through a mouse, who was recently photographed kissing her YouTube video co-star? Not me!
