Jessica Alba, husband Cash Warren and daughter Honor Marie spent the afternoon of Christmas Eve in West Hollywood, California at the hot lunchspot Toast.

Cash donned his usual grey hoodie, while Jessica was bundled up in a warm gray sweater, the ubiquitus scarf tights, knee-high boots and the same snakeskin oversized handbag she’s been sporting lately.

Our favorite thing about the Alba-Warren family? There’s never a nanny present. Looks like Jess and Cash like to keep it real.

In an interesting turn of events, the judge in the Rob Lowe/Nanny sexual harrassment case, both sides are claiming victory, for now.

For Gibson, the judge ruled that Lowe could not pursue his defamation claims against her because the 24-year-old former nanny is protected under laws allowing people to protest alleged workplace conditions. Three other claims also were tossed.

But for Lowe’s side the judge threw out Gibson’s claim that the actor retaliated against her. Previously, the judge dismissed two of Gibson’s other claims against Lowe.

Jessica Gibson’s lawyer is calling it a “huge victory”, saying that they look forward to continuing with the charges against the Lowes.

Rob and his wife’s attorney said that they didn’t lose anything today. Their mouthpiece says, “I’m delighted with the dismissal we won, and in essence, our lawsuit against Gibson remains totally intact.”

Rob Lowe and his wife are firing back at their former nanny’s sexual harassment charges by claiming now that Rob was the one that was the victim. They’re saying that former nanny Jessica Simpson was seeking attention from Rob and one time on a family vacation, she asked Rob to put suntan lotion on her. Rob’s wife Sheryl said no and that she’d do it herself and it wasn’t proper for her to ask Rob. Interesting.

And remember the former chef that was suing the Lowes but dropped the charges? He got paid off is now saying that Jessica was overly flirtatious with him and offered to have sex with him while the Lowe’s children were in the vicinity.

Insanity! Who’s telling the truth???

Hey, you cute little Snarkarinos, you. Guess what I’m doing right now…..no, I’m NOT eating a whole box of donuts while watching my “Sex and the City” DVD’s, but that sounds a helluva lot better than what I’ve really got going on, which is sitting with a heating pad turned to BURN on my neck, a weird donut shape pillow around my face, and three ultra-strength muscle relaxants. Guys, I tweaked my neck BUT GOOD. I’m contemplating taking another Tylenol Extra Strength but I think I might, you know, bust my liver or something.

Anyhoodles! Supernanny star Jo Frost is offering her parenting expertise to Britney Spears basically so she can stop embarrassing herself and keep her boys from hating her when they get older.Well, at least hate her TOO much. How much do you love Jo Frost? I don’t have rotten kids (most of the time) or I would so have her over to my house, just to see her put somebody in the Naughty Chair. I love that freaking Naughty Chair! Here’s an example of how badass Jo Frost is:

Seriously, I would be hard pressed to not beat the living daylights lovingly disclipline that kid. She really should look into some Children’s Benadryl. Just sayin’.

Everyone’s favorite nanny, Jo Frost of tv’s Supernanny has said she would love to offer help to Britney Spears in light of all the trouble she’s had with regards to her children over the years.

According to OK! magazine, Jo said:

“I do believe she loves her children very much and I’d be more than happy to help her. To be able to put her on the right track and feel more empowered as a parent. […[ It’s about Britney being in a place where she’s feeling secure and confident in herself, so that she is able to take care of her little ones and give them what they need from her, which is their mother around.”

Everyone wants to help Britney these days!

Aww, why so sad Jenny From The Block? What? What was that? Your nanny quit and now you and Skeletor Marc are going to take care of the babies all by yourself? Oh. I see. Well, here’s a couple of things you might want to know:

• Babies poop. A lot. You’ll have to clean that up. And no, the garden hose is not a good idea.
• Babies also cry a lot. Merely turning up your copy of “The Best of Menudo” will not calm them down.
• Basically, you’re screwed. I’d come over and help but I think you need to learn from this experience.

Apparently JLo is going to take a year off from releasing crappy Spanglish music albums and take care of the wee kinder by her own damn self. Yeah, I’m not joking. I think maybe she got into Marc’s methadone or something, because obviously this is a joke and she’s not thinking clearly. Although she could surprise us all and have the kids writing the sequel to “War and Peace” within six months while writing up the cure for cancer.
