Tom Cruise recently revealed that he and Katie Holmes do want to add another child to their family. They are waiting until Katie is done with her Broadway stint and returns back to their family home in California.

Tom said, ‘We have already heard she’s pregnant but it’s not true. But yes, we will have more children. I’m saying this, but Kate’s not here! She’s working and we’re enjoying this time right now. It’s very precious, we don’t get this time back.

‘When Suri was born we shut everything down for months, just to be with Suri and the kids. But now I’m making movies and Kate is loving being on Broadway because it has been a dream of hers, so we are enjoying this time too.’

They are definitely one busy couple right now and there is no room for a pregnancy, that’s for sure! When they do decide the time is right, they are going to have three very excited children. Nicole Kidman says that Connor Cruise wants a little brother! Although, it will be interesting to see how Suri reacts to not being the center of attention anymore. I know my daughter had a very hard time when her little brother came around. When I was changing his diaper, she used to grab the diaper and try to hide it somewhere. Little stinker. :-)

According to a number of sources, including MSNBC, Fergie has been signed to join the cast of the movie adaptation from the Broadway show Nine. Nine is an autobiographical take on the life of Fredrico Fellini and it was adapted from the Fellini movie 8 1/2. Is anyone out there as confused as me? (The director wrote a book, on which he based the movie 8 1/2. Then it was adapted to be a Broadway play called Nine, now it’s becomming a different movie called Nine…)

Oh, well, whatever… It’s a musical and Fergie has landed one of the lead characters. This is a big deal for fans of Fergie!!

Among the other cast members for the movie are such notable actors as Daniel Day-Lewis, Penelope Cruz, Marion Cotillard, Sophia Loren, Nicole Kidman and Judi Dench and Kate Hudson.

I’ll update you with more information as the details are released.

Nicole Kidman and her husband, Keith Urban, have welcomed their first child together, a daughter, born Monday morning in Nashville.  The birth has been confirmed to People Magazine.

The couple first reported their pregnancy in January. Kidman has two other children with her former husband Tom Cruise: Isabella, 15, and Connor, 13.

The bouncing baby girl has been named Sunday Rose Kidman-Urban. She weighed in at 6 lbs, 7 oz.

It’s a girl for Aussie glamor couple Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban. Sydney Rose Kidman Urban was born in Nashville earlier today weighing 6 lb. 7.5 oz.

Nicole Kidman’s agent Wendy Day said Keith was by Nic’s side during the birth, and that both mom and baby are very well.

The proud papa couldn’t wait to share the news with fans on his official website.

“We want to thank everybody that has kept us in their thoughts and prayers. We feel very blessed and grateful that we can Share This joy with all of you today.”

As an Aussie myself, I can’t tell you how exciting this news is! Congratulations to the happy couple, and welcome Sunday Rose!

According to Star Magazine, Katie Holmes shipped 8 months pregnant mom-to-be Nicole Kidman, a basket full of baby gifts. The basket was full of onesies, stuffed toys, baby blankets and other fun baby items, from Neiman Marcus in Beverly Hills.

An insider told the magazine, “Katie wanted the best of everything in the basket. It cost over $2,000.”

If this story is true, I sure would have loved to have seen that basket! Katie seems to have great taste and I am sure the basket was gorgeous.

I haven’t seen a statement from Nicole Kidman’s camp saying that this story isn’t accurate, so I’ll report it. If it turns out not to be true, I’ll update this post. Anyway…

Heat Magazine has a quote from Nicole Kidman and it is taking the internet by storm. Nicole tells Heat magazine, “It’s a pity they have been manipulated by the father to distance themselves from me.”

She’s obviously speaking about her children Isabella and Connor Cruise.

She said she tried to arrange a Mother’s Day visit, but the kids ended up spending time with Tom and Katie instead. “They are closer to their new mom now,” she admitted.

I know that we all saw pictures of their kids on Mother’s Day and they were with Tom and Katie. I really hope that this story isn’t true because if it is, it’s just awful. I can’t imagine not being able to spend Mother’s Day with my kids. I know that we don’t know everything about Nicole, but it has always seemed to me that she was a good mother and that she loves Isabella and Connor.

I’ll keep an eye out for any statements made by either party…

Director Sydney Pollack died Monday afternoon at age 73 from cancer. He was diagnosed about 9 months ago and was surrounded by his family at his home in LA when he passed.

Pollack has directed many A-listers, including Tom Cruise in “The Firm“. Tom has responded to the news of Pollack’s death saying that he was a “generous, patient and unpretentious man”.

Tom said that at the time he met Pollack, he had seen every single one of his movies and said that Pollack was very generous at that time with him.

“Years later, having lived through some short post schedules myself, I realized just how generous. He spent over six hours, with the patience of (biblical) Job, answering all my questions.”

“Throughout the years,unpretentious and never condescending, he shared with me what he loved about family, storytelling, food, flying and a great bottle of vino,” Cruise said. “He was a Renaissance man and a great friend. I will miss him dearly.”

Pollack also directed Nicole Kidman in “The Interpreter“.

On May 18th, a glowing and very pregnant Nicole Kidman attended the Country Music Awards with her husband Keith Urban. I love this picture of her showing off her belly. She really does look happy to be pregnant doesn’t she? I am so excited for these two and am hoping this is one Hollywood marriage that does last.

Urban was up for all nomination in all the major categories this year, but he met some stiff competition. He was nominated alongside Kenny Chesney for Entertainer of the Year and Male Vocalist of the year. Did urban win any awards? Sadly, no, but at least he had a beautiful wife and soon-to-be born baby to go home with! :D
